Ferre Laevers - Keynote speech at SLF 2009

Professor Ferre Laevers from the University of Leuven made his keynote speech at the Scottish Learning Festival on Thursday 24 September 2009.

Unfortunately the sound level is a little low, particularly at the beginning of this recording. It does improve as it goes along.
